When these three health professionals entered menopause, something special happened…

We are a psychologist, a nutritionist and a diabetes educator - all women of a certain age and have been friends for over 25 years!

When the psychologist entered menopause, the personal and professional support lovingly and generously provided by her friends was fundamental to her not completely losing her mind in her journey through menopause.

During the collaboration, we realised that the stories of their friends, their clients and thousands of women everywhere were so similar that they created this resource to support other women.

The resources are both evidenced based practices and practice based evidence because there simply is not one way through this. Kelli, Gisele and Deb through Elevate Menopause share their collective expertise, and lived experience to create a symbiosis of their professional skills to support all women in a no nonsense, commonsense, evidence-based resources.

Is this just another menopause course?

No!! This is a structured, guided experience designed to help you understand what’s changed in your body and build a personalised plan that fits your life.

Rather than giving you more information, we help you focus on what actually matters for you, and how to implement it in a realistic way. We wouldn’t recommend anything we haven’t tested or tried ourselves. 

You’ll be guided through a structured process to identify what’s most relevant for your body, your lifestyle, and your current challenges.

This allows you to build your own blueprint, rather than trying to follow a one-size-fits-all approach.

Most women we work with feel exactly the same. And there was a time when we also felt the same. 

Be reassured that the issue is not a lack of effort on your part. Your underlying physiology has changed, and the strategies that used to work are no longer aligned with your body needs.

Our program is designed to help you understand why, and what to do differently, specifically for you.

You can expect to invest around 60–90 minutes per week, plus incorporating small, practical changes that you can integrate into your existing routine.

There’s no expectation to overhaul everything at once. In fact, we discourage that. We want you to succeed.

No. We are done with restrictive fad diets. 

With our Registered Nutritionist Gisele, you’ll be guided to develop a structured approach, but it will be tailored to your preferences, capacity, and lifestyle.

Our focus is creating a sustainable plan for you to follow and adapt for life. 

You’ll finish the 6 weeks with a personalised blueprint that you can continue to follow and adapt as your needs evolve.

The aim is for you to feel confident making decisions without needing to constantly seek new information.
